However, due to the extensive range of PC cases available in the market, we do not stock every model. Therefore, we ask that you provide us with a basic drawing or sketch that includes essential details such as basic external measurements and the specific locations of any ports, especially if they need to be positioned in a particular way. This information is crucial as it enables us to gain a clear understanding of your requirements and assess whether your request is feasible for us to fulfill.

If you send us a picture of someone else's work, it is important to note that we cannot accurately determine the overall size of the part or the precise location of the ports just from the image. Visual representations can often lack the necessary context, dimensions, and specific details that are crucial to try to duplicate a part. Therefore, while we appreciate your efforts in providing us with visual references, we would recommend including additional information such as outside measurements of the part(s) to help us better understand the specifics of the part in question.

Please be aware that there will be a custom fee associated with your order, which can vary between $25 and $100 if you proceed with the purchase. This fee is determined by factors such as the size of the custom part(s) and their complexity. The more intricate the design, the higher the fee may be, reflecting the additional time and resources required to create your custom piece.

Once we finalize the design based on your specifications, the custom work process can take anywhere from 1 to over 4 days to complete, again depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We strive to ensure that we deliver high-quality custom parts within a reasonable timeframe.
